Based in Bristol, Izzy McPhee has been recognised by the Music Producers Guild and Arts Council England as an emerging and talented mastering engineer.
Izzy grew up surrounded by a melting pot of musical genres; northern soul, motown, new wave and brit pop to name a few. With over ten years of DJ experience and critical listening behind her - knowing how a track should sound and feel in a multitude of settings is her specialty.
The last 2 years has seen her accrue over 150 mastering credits, with work spanning genres and artists, including Walt Disco, Dream Wife and Marla Kether. Izzy’s professional development has been supported by Saffron Music in Bristol and she continues to receive mentoring from the senior engineers at Weird Jungle.
A passionate advocate for continued racial and gender diversity, Izzy continues to call for increased inclusion across the music industry.
